Do your products have warranty?

Yes! If you received a defective product or the product isn't working as its supposed to within a 1 year period, please visit ourHelp Centerand reach out to us.

However, this does not cover damages from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

Can I change or cancel my order ?

We aim to process orders as fast as possible, therefore require customers to request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a refund after it is received.

When will my items be shipped ?

All orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Please note that orders will processed and shipped between Monday and Friday. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
